Registration now open for Spring 2010 Season

RNG is now registering teams for the Spring 2010 season. Life doesn't get much better than playing flag football in the morning. Space is limited, sign up today ! and get in on the #1 flag football league in New England. All games are played in the Greater Boston area with fields located in Dorchester, South Boston, and Charlestown. The Spring season will take place over 10 weeks starting with our first week of games April 11. As of now the parks department is unsure if the fields will be playable given the huge amount of rain we have received over the last 3 weeks. After checking the fields in Moakley April 5 there is still a huge amount of water on the field. We will update everyone if the parks department allows us to play this week. Please keep in mind that this is the first week of games in 2010. If we ruin the fields this week we will not have a grass surface for the rest of the year. Never mind the possibility of having our permits revoked. As league administrators we have to do what is best for the league, and speaking from our 25 seasons of experience we can not play on a field that is very rain soaked or has water pooling. It completely destroys the surface everyone plays on for the entire year. It is our hope that players understand the circumstance we are in now.

Style of play

RNG hosts it's own unique style of 5 on 5 no contact flag football. Our non contact form of flag football levels the playing field for players of all abilities, size, and strength.
